We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Use of IP Addresses
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the Web. Web servers -- the big computers that "serve up" Web pages -- automatically identify your computer by its IP address.
Real Tools Technologies collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, and to audit the use of our site. When subscribers download information from Real Tools Technologies, our servers log into their IP addresses. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that while a user's visitation time can be logged -- the user remains anonymous. However, we can and will use IP addresses to identify any user who has failed to comply with our terms of service. IP information is used to track to total number of users who visit a site.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by RTT. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by RTT for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of RTT.
This disclaimer is a necessary reminder that using any part of the Internet, including this site, is done at your own risk. The importance of having security measures in place to protect the personal information of our membership is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in providing a secure transmission from your PC to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can ever be guaranteed as a 100% secure. As a result, RTT cannot totally ensure or warrant the security of any information you may transmit to, or receive from, us. Still, once we receive your transmission, we put forth our best efforts to ensure its security. Additional Privacy and Opt-Out Information
Real Tools Technologies real property products are only some of the many public records information products in the United States.
If you wish to have your name removed from other consumer lists used for telemarketing and direct mail purposes, you should write the DMA at the following addresses:
Mail Preference Service
Direct Marketing Association
P.O. Box 9008
Farmingdale, NY 11735-9008
Telephone Preference Service
P.O. Box 9014
Farmingdale, NY 11735-9014
Your name and address (and any variations of your name and address) should be sent to the DMA along with your request for name removal. The registration is good for five years. After that time, you will need to re-register with the DMA. It normally takes from three to six months before the registration results in a noticeable decrease in the number of direct marketing solicitations you receive.
You may also write to the individual companies that send marketing material to you and request that your name be removed from their lists. If you are receiving multiple mailings from the same company, be sure you attach a copy of each of the various mailing labels showing all variations of your name and address so that they are able to stop all solicitations to you. Most companies are quick to respond to such requests, because they do not want to incur the extra expense from marketing to people who do not wish to receive their materials. Be aware, however, that if you later order anything through the mail from one of these companies, you may get on a new list and will have to repeat your request to be removed from that list as well.
